My friend Susan and I were going to help a cousin of a former church member move in--essentially helping a new New Orleanian. Susan had a great idea that we make a New Orleans welcome basket to give her a taste of classic New Orleans favorites. Complete with items ranging from Crystal hot sauce to Hubig's pies it was so fun to make! Now I know all of you want to move to this wonderful city just to get this basket of goodies :)
