New Thing #73: Russian Twist

So on Wednesday my new Health magazine came. Inside was this oblique exercise called the Russian Twist. It sounds like a drink including vodka or a dance move if you ask me, but actually it is an exercise proven to show results in 3 weeks. If I do 3 sets of 10-12 reps I should see results. We shall see.
